About Us
Around 50 years ago, the French “Caravelle” was regarded as an innovation amongst passenger jets. It was named the “La Belle Caravelle” or the “French Jetsetter”.
For exactly this reason, it would also become the inspiration for a well-known restaurant owner to name his establishment, located near the famous Lion Monument, after the French beauty.
The Limani brothers took over the business in 2002. In the following years, the young, innovative entrepreneurs extended the premises into a restaurant including not only an Italian kitchen, but homestyle Swiss cuisine as well.
It is with great pleasure and passion that the owners still today, indulge their guests with fresh, regionally grown products. The variety of Italian wines offered top off the extensive and welcoming dishes on the menu.
Welcome to a cozy and relaxing dining experience!
